Seogawon Guksu is a noodle shop in Yeonsan-dong, Yeonje-gu, Busan, serving kong guksu, bibim guksu, and janchi guksu. The soybean broth in the kong guksu is soft and thick like cappuccino foam, with a deep, nutty flavor. A wait forms during lunch hours, and the soybean broth is sold separately with a purchase limit per person. Parking in front of the shop is difficult.
