Semai

Semai is a Japanese ramen restaurant in Busan that serves tonkotsu ramen in front of Yangjeong Wellness Hospital. The menu is divided into salt tonkotsu, soy sauce tonkotsu, and spicy tonkotsu, and the noodles are served firm. The ramen reproduces the taste eaten in Japan, and the widened dining room stays open until late. The seasoning runs a little strong.
