Sanbada Hoetjip

Sanbada Hoetjip in Busan serves freshwater and sea-fish hoe (raw fish), including song-eo hoe, hyangeo hoe, and gogeup badahoe. Hyangeo hoe is served with chojang, minced garlic, and chilli, mixed with soybean powder or peanut powder. The restaurant has private rooms for gatherings and serves gyeranjjim (steamed egg) as a complimentary dish. Maeuntang (spicy fish stew) is also available.
