San Ojingeo

San Ojingeo is a hoe (raw fish) restaurant in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, serving squid hoe (raw fish) and cuttlefish hoe (raw fish). The squid is thinly sliced before serving. When there is not enough squid, the dish is served half squid and half hanchi. The price is high for the amount served.
