Sammi Hoejip

Sammi Hoetjip serves wild-caught hoe in the market streets around Busan's waterside park. It slices sea bream, olive flounder, and other fish as saekkosi and serves maeuntang with sancho. Customers arrive before noon, and a separate annex building is used for group gatherings. Ordering individual fish from the menu is difficult, and the basic side dishes are small in portion.
