Rang Dwaeji

Randwaeji is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Busan where meat is grilled on gravel. Staff grill the meat from start to finish for each table. The dining room holds about six to eight tables, so the space is cramped. During peak hours, the order in which meat gets grilled falls behind.
