Pocheon Amso Galbisal

Pocheon Amso Galbisal is an imported beef restaurant on a main road in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, where galbi and yangnyeom galbi are grilled over charcoal. The yangnyeom galbi has a good marinade, and the meat should be grilled over charcoal only as much as it will be eaten to stay tender. On weekend evenings there is a long wait, and the space has five tables on the first floor and group seating for about 40 people on the second floor. The interior environment is uncomfortable by ordinary hygiene standards.
