Minbijip is a Vietnamese restaurant near the Dongnae District Tax Office in Busan that serves pho and bun cha. The shop moved from Banyeo-dong to its current spot near the tax office, and the dining area is clean. Portions are large, which can be a lot for people who eat lightly.
