Mapo Bonga

Mapobonka is an old meat restaurant near Yeonsan Station in Busan that serves charcoal-grilled marinated pork galbi and pork collar. The pork galbi is sold in 600g units, with the option to add a half-geun, and staff roll and grill the meat over the charcoal for you. The marinade is on the sweet-and-salty side, and diners also order naengmyeon and doenjang jjigae alongside the meat. The dining room tends to be hot.
