Jingobchang

Jingopchang is a restaurant in Busan that serves gopchang (grilled intestines). The gopchang is cooked over a grill along with special raw meat cuts from different parts of the intestines. Staff grill the meat for customers and serve broth to foreign guests. Fried rice and several side dishes come with the meal.
