Jamae Handmade Sujebi and Pollack Soup

Jamae Sujebi Dongtaetang is a restaurant serving dongtaetang, jjusam duruchigi, and yukgaejang, located within 10 minutes of Busan Gyodae Station. Its dongtaetang sujebi uses hand-torn dough that can be added and eaten without limit, and the yukgaejang noodles can be refilled. The three-person dongtaetang is cooked on an induction burner instead of being served in individual ttukbaegi bowls, and a nearby parking lot is available free of charge. Jjusam duruchigi can be ordered as a single serving.
