Hoetteurak

Hoetteurak is a hoe restaurant in Busan that serves assorted hoe and large yellowtail, located near Yeonsan-dong Center and Yeonsan Rotary. In winter, large yellowtail and amberjack are included in the assorted hoe, and the fish is cut thick. Ordering only hoe also brings grilled fish, pajeon, mulhoe, corn cheese, miyeokguk, and maeuntang. On weekends, the wait is about 20 to 30 minutes.
