Ganmagi Jip

Ganmakkijip is a galmaegisal restaurant in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, that grills the meat over charcoal. The galmaegisal is chewy and juicy with no gamey smell, and it takes on a light charcoal smoke. The meat comes pre-seared in whole pieces, and staff grill it at the table. The dining room is kept clean.
