Gangnim Hoe Sushi

Gangnim Hoechobap is a Busan Yeonsan-dong restaurant serving course meals, mulhoe, and hoe sushi, located across from Pohang Mulhoe. Its live-fish mulhoe changes with the day’s supply and comes with two types of hoe sushi, skate hoe, and maeuntang (spicy fish stew). Parking is available for up to four cars, and course meals include grilled mackerel. The meal set combines mulhoe and maeuntang (spicy fish stew).
