Chinjeolhan Geunjassi Yanggopchang

Chinjeolhan Geunjassi Yanggopchang is a gopchang restaurant on the fourth floor of a building deep in a Busan alley, serving teukyang, Hanwoo gopchang, and Hanwoo heart. The teukyang is tender rather than chewy and the daechang is rich, and the meal comes with vegetables the owner grew himself and kimchi that changes with the season. The male owner grills the meat at the table in a large, clean dining room and also speaks Chinese with guests. Payment is accepted in both cash and card.
