Aejeongjib

Aejungjip is a restaurant near Anrak Seowon Market in Yeonje-gu, Busan, serving baekgolbaengi-tang and dwaeji kimchi gui. The baekgolbaengi-tang comes in a spicy, clear broth with conch that is pulled from the shell and eaten down to the innards, while the dwaeji kimchi gui grills thick cuts of pork together with kimchi. The gyeranjjim contains cheese, and bokkeum-bap can be added to the remaining anju. Staff service is slow.
