Eok Soro is a Korean restaurant near Oncheoncheon in Yeonsan-dong, Busan, serving two-plus-grade Hanwoo galbi-sal, mungti-gi and yuksashimi. The main dish is two-plus-grade Hanwoo charcoal-grilled galbi-sal, with mungti-gi and yuksashimi also served. Because the owner distributes the Hanwoo directly, the galbi-sal costs less than pork and has the texture and savory flavor typical of Hanwoo. The mungti-gi is sweet, soft and moist, and yuksashimi can be ordered as well.
