Manhangjae

Manhangjae is a 1,330-meter pass on the Baekdudaegan ridge, reached by car at the border between Yeongwol, Jeongseon, and Taebaek. In summer, dozens of flower species bloom in the wildflower park, and the air stays cool even at the height of the season. From Manhangjae, a drive of about five minutes toward the Taebaek Athletes' Village entrance leads to the Hambeaksan trailhead. Parking space there is limited.
