Samgubsal

Samgubsal is a Korean barbecue restaurant in Yeongdo, Busan, serving samgyeopsal and pork skin. The pork belly is par-cooked first, then grilled by staff at the table, and eaten with baekkimchi and gosari. The meat is cut thick, so the outside crisps while the inside stays moist. Bibimmyeon comes as a service, and pork skin can be ordered from the menu.
