Samgeori Meonjimak Sundaeguk

Samgeori Meonjimak Sundaeguk in Seoul is a Baeknyeon Store in the alleys of the Sindaebang and Boramae area, serving sundaeguk made with various pork innards. The regular version comes with rice already in the soup, the separate-guk version serves rice and soup apart, and the special version includes cuts such as head meat, lung, liver, heart, and amppong. The broth arrives plain, and diners add salt, salted shrimp, perilla powder, minced garlic, and dadegi to taste. The distinct gamy smell of sundaeguk is present from the storefront and entrance.
