Shoyu Sikdang

Shooyu Sikdang is a restaurant in Gangnam, Seoul, serving yuksasimi, raw salmon sashimi, modumjang, and dongjuktang. The signature modumjang holds salmon jang, shrimp jang, conch jang, and abalone jang, and the abalone jang is topped with its innards. The space is divided into curtained seats and separate rooms, and diners take their own drinks and side dishes. Rice is provided free, and broth is poured over the rice.
