Imggane Minsokjip

Imgane Minsokjip is a Korean restaurant near Yeoksam that serves handmade mandu, jeon, and manduguk. The Pyongyang-style handmade mandu have chewy wrappers and a full filling, and the manduguk and hand-cut kalguksu are eaten with a seasoning sauce. The jeon is made to order rather than fried in advance, and the lunch crowd is heavy, so arriving early is necessary. The side dishes are on the sour and salty side.
