Hwadeok

Hwadeok Gokitgan Yeoksam Branch in Seoul grills samgyeopsal (pork belly), special cuts, and shrimp together. Each table has a hwadeok oven where the meat is pre-cooked, finished on a pot-lid griddle, and followed by fried rice. Steamed egg and kimchi stew come with the meal, and the kkodeul-sal and pork jowl are noted for their texture. Food tends to arrive slowly after ordering.
