Eonjujip

Unju Jip in Gangnam serves frozen samgyeopsal made from Jeju pork that has been quick-frozen, along with pork skin. The meat comes with scallion salad topped with an egg yolk, gochujang, garlic, and grilled kimchi, and diners also order the spiral-cut pork skin and cheonggukjang. The dining room is large with generous space between tables. Staffing is low relative to the number of customers, so orders and service are not fast.
