Eohwa

Eohwa is a sushi and sushi restaurant in Seoul that serves hoe, fish jorim, and fish soup. Its main dishes include hairtail jorim, mackerel jorim, grilled mackerel, and hoe deopbap, and gizzard shad hoe muchim is sometimes served as a side dish. At lunch there can be a wait, and food can take 20 to 30 minutes to arrive. During the busy lunch period, serving is difficult.
