Sutgwa Sogeum

Sutgwa Sogeum is a small meat restaurant near Mokdong in Seoul that grills pork collar, samgyeopsal, and galmaegisal. The pork collar is tender and moist, and the doenjang sulbap comes as a home-style meal alongside the meat. The owner grills the meat personally and recommends cuts based on the condition of the meat that day. As a one-person operation, the serving pace is somewhat slow.
