Sujeonggwan is an old Chinese restaurant in Jeonju that serves haemul jaengban muljjajang and jjamppong. The haemul jaengban muljjajang looks like a cross between jjamppong and jjajang but is closer to a spicy, sweet seafood broth, and the jjamppong carries the aroma of seafood and zucchini. The dining room holds about five or six tables with seating toward the back, and the ganjjajang comes topped with one quail egg. The tables are placed close together.
