Sodamga

Sodamga is a hairtail restaurant in Jungang-dong, Jeonju. Its main dishes are hairtail set meal and braised hairtail, served with side dishes and steamed egg. It is run by Kim Doi, a researcher of traditional food, who uses a 100-second enzyme method in the cooking. At noon on Saturday, the first floor was almost full.
