Gyukatsu Jeong

Gyukatsu Jeong is a specialty restaurant near Jeonju Gaeksa that serves chateaubriand gyukatsu, seared only on the outside. The gyukatsu is finished to your liking on the grill that comes with it, and eaten with egg rice, misosiru, and wasabi. At lunch, orders are placed self-service at a single kiosk, and a line can form even for arrivals at 11:30 AM. Meat left off the grill gets too cold.
