Daebojang

Daebojang is a Chinese restaurant in Jeonju that has been open for a long time. Its muljjajang comes with a thick, clear sauce made from stir-fried vegetables and meat, while its ganjjajang uses thin noodles and a chunjang with little sweetness. Orders are taken until 1:50 p.m. and the restaurant closes at 2 p.m., with about eight tables inside. On weekends the wait begins an hour before opening.
