Tonkyu ueno

Tonkyu ueno is a specialty restaurant serving donkatsu and katsu curry on the second floor of Atre Ueno, at JR Ueno Station. It offers black pork loin and tenderloin along with fried shrimp and fried oysters, and rice, miso soup, and cabbage can be refilled. The black pork loin has a stronger meat flavor than white pork. The tenderloin and some loin cuts are low in moisture, making them dry and tough.
