Moheji

Moheji's main branch in Tokyo specialises in monjayaki and okonomiyaki cooked on an iron griddle. Order the mentaiko cheese monja, squid ink monja, or yakisoba and staff grill each one at the table griddle. A visit at 10 p.m. still meant a wait of about 20 minutes, and the queue moves on immediately if you are not at your seat when called. The seafood monja and yakisoba are on the salty side.
