Sushiriku is a sushi restaurant serving an omakase course, located between Gaienmae Station and Omotesando Station in Tokyo. The course moves from seasonal appetizers to nigiri sushi, and also includes a small rice bowl with nodoguro as well as snow crab and sea urchin dishes. It opens with shijimi soup and places a vegetable and squid dish in the middle to pace the meal. The chef describes makogarei and starry flounder, then chutoro and botan shrimp, in that order.
