Sushi Dai is a family-run sushi restaurant in Kayabacho, Tokyo, serving Edomae omakase. The format is seasonal fish sushi, tamagoyaki and cooked dishes, eaten while watching the chef work. It has continued since 1897, around Meiji 30, and is run by the fourth and fifth generations together. With only eight seats, visiting without a reservation is difficult.
