Nyeongyeonsa is a quiet neighborhood Buddhist temple in Osaka, at the top of Genshojizaka among the seven slopes of Tennoji, south of Ikutama Shrine. Its gate and pillars, dating from the Edo period, carry detailed carvings, and cherry trees and autumn foliage can be seen there. Founded in 1623, it was moved from Sanadayama in 1632, and its grounds include a bell tower gate and an Inari shrine. The grounds are not large, so the temple is small in scale.
