18 Guanjun Beef Noodle Restaurant is a late-night noodle shop near Linjiang Night Market serving hongshao beef noodles, qingdun beef noodles, and baijun chicken soup noodles. Its hongshao noodles won the soy-sauce broth category at the 2011 Taipei International Beef Noodle Festival, and the qingdun broth is made with fresh cream and garlic. Diners choose the noodle thickness, doneness, and broth strength, and one extra serving of noodles is free. Saturday evenings can bring a wait of around 30 minutes, and the wide noodles are too thick or do not absorb the broth well.
