Shan Shin

Shan Shin is a Taiwanese dining restaurant in Taichung that families also visit for meals. Its duck dishes are wrapped in bread, and dongpo pork and beef stir-fry are signature menu items. The restaurant takes reservations, and walk-in guests wait about 10 minutes before being seated. The entrance looks like a traditional Taiwanese house while the interior is a modern restaurant, and some dishes listed on the menu cannot be ordered, so the xiaosong may not be available.
