Taichung Meatball

Taichung Yukwon is a Taiwanese restaurant in Taichung that serves meatballs and two soup dishes. Its signature dish, rou yuan, wraps chewy pork filling in a thick skin made from starch and comes with cilantro and a white spicy sauce. The menu has only three items, and for dine-in, staff take orders and bring the food to the table once customers are seated. During the lunch and dinner peaks, the restaurant gets crowded and busy, and the cilantro aroma is strong.
