Geujip Steak

Geujip Steak in Seoul serves Japanese-style steak in a small space. Meat is grilled one piece at a time on a heated stone and then cooked again on a small metal weight. Salad, vegetables, and french fries come on the side, and several sauces are available to choose from. The narrow space fills with smoke from the grilling.
