Eunsu Sikdang

Eunsu Sikdang is a grilled meat restaurant near Suyu Station in Gangbuk-gu, Seoul, where pork collar is cooked over charcoal. The pork collar is cut like steak, lightly sprinkled with salt, and served with scallion salad and doenjang jjigae. Banchan arrives as soon as you sit down, kongbiji jjigae is ordered separately with rice, and lettuce and side dishes are refilled. The pork collar is thinly sliced, which makes the texture less satisfying, and the portions are small.
