Eomjison Kalguksu sits behind Suyeong Paldo Market and the Suyeong McDonald's in Suyeong-dong, Busan, and sells kalguksu, sujebi and mandu in a market-style noodle shop. The kitchen rolls out dough with a hongdukkae to make the noodles and sujebi by hand, and serves deulkkae kalguksu, kaljebi and a bibimbap set. Saying "yang jom mani juseyo" when ordering gets you a larger portion without paying for a double order, and side dishes are added at the self-service corner. From noon to 1 p.m. there is almost always a wait.
