Chunsikine

Chunsikine is a pocha in Busan that serves seasonal seafood anju. Its signature dish is steamed cheongge, eaten with rice topped with egg yolk that is mixed together. Cheongge turns red when cooked and is smaller than flower crab, but its meat has a springy texture. The seasonal seafood is fresh, and the prices are on the higher side.
