Imone Son Kalguksu

Imone Son Kalguksu is a kalguksu restaurant near Ajou University in Suwon. The noodles are cut by hand to uneven thickness and served in a thick anchovy-based broth, with spicy dadegi and kimchi on the side. Two kinds of kimchi are served, geotjeori and well-fermented kimchi, and waiting close to 30 minutes for food has happened. During meal times customers crowd in and waits can run long.
