Yungneung and Geolleung Royal Tombs

Yungneunggwa Geolleung in Hwaseong is a Joseon royal tomb complex containing the tombs of Sado Seja (Jangjo) and his wife, and King Jeongjo and his wife. The grounds include a 1–2-hour walking route through pine forest, following map signs. The site was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2009, and a World Heritage stamp is available in front of the ticket booth. Parking is difficult on weekends.
