Suncheon Chapssaltteok

Suncheon Chapssaltteok is a shop in Suncheon that sells chapssaltteok. The dough is soft and very chewy, with a texture like cheese. The red bean filling has whole beans that you can bite into, is not very sweet, and keeps the whole bean paste intact. The chapssaltteok has the feel of an old-style rice cake similar to the Hwawoldang style.
