The gukbap arrives with meat and sundae to wrap in cabbage leaves, and the broth with bean sprouts is clear and cool. A wait list lets you look around the area while waiting, and waits of 40 minutes occur. Ordering alone brings a sundae tasting portion instead of suyuk.
