Shabu Mania

Shabumania is a shabu-shabu restaurant in Suncheon. Diners cook meat and various vegetables in two kinds of soy-based broth, and eat them with rice paper. Ingredients are chosen from a self-service bar, and at lunch the restaurant draws enough customers to create a wait. When it is busy, staff outnumber the customers, so food at the self-service bar is not refilled right away.
