Mugonghae Onggi Gopchang

Mugonghae Onggi Gopchang in Suncheon is a gopchang grill restaurant that serves makchang gui and gopchang jeongol. The makchang is grilled without gaminess and comes out chewy, with staff turning it so it does not burn. There is no break time, so makchang is available at lunch as well, and vegetables can be added to the modum gopchang jeongol midway through the meal. Portions are not large.
