Jireh Tonkatsu

Ire Donkatsu is a donkatsu restaurant in Jogok-dong, Suncheon, in front of Suncheon Station. It serves low-temperature-fried tender anshim and garlic deungsim on a hot plate, with donjiru and a house salt on the side. On weekends the wait is long, and food takes about 20 minutes after ordering. Because the cutlets are fried at low temperature, the crispness does not last long.
