Hyodong Hoegwan

Hyodong Hoegwan is a beef restaurant in Jangcheon-dong, Suncheon. It serves yuksashimi and a grilled beef set, with cheonyeop, gan, yangmuchim, and raw beef included by default. Seonji-guk comes as the basic soup, and the broth is either cool or rich. The yukhoe bibimbap is lightly seasoned and the kimchi is lacking.
